Pisa
September 22, 2017

Our ship actually docked in the port of Livorno.  From here we rode on a very modern bus to another location to board a "little train".  From there, we visited Pisa, a stop that we enjoyed very much!  While visiting the Tower, we were told by our guide that the Tower was leaning over an apartment building and that for some reason the management was having a problem getting rentals!  :)

The tower . . . it's hard to understand how it's still standing!

We were told that the tower would collapse in about 200 years.

This picture of the tower's base makes it easy to visualize the amount of tower's tilt.
