The Sarasota Jungle Gardens are located in Sarasota (duh!) Florida, approximately 100 miles north of Cape Coral. In addition to plant life, there are many kinds of animals. We were told that all the birds, animals, and reptiles were either rescued or given to the park ~ none of the wildlife had been purchased. Although situated on only 10 acres, it seemed every square yard had something interesting to see. The park was very beautiful and a lot of fun, especially the hourly shows put on by the park employees. If you're interested in learning more about this Florida attraction, click here.
