Rental includes everything shown in the below photographs as well as central heat, central air conditioning, and use of a washer and dryer. The home is located in one of the most convenient areas of Tucson, about 1 mile NW of the intersection of Sabino Canyon Road and Tanque Verde Road, yet the neighborhood is quiet. Your well-behaved adult pet is always welcome, and both the guest house and the grounds surrounding the home have always been and will remain exclusively non-smoking ~ no exceptions!
You won't find a nicer, more luxurious vacation property in a comparable Tucson location at these prices! The guest house is located diagonally across the street from the University of Arizona's historic Indian Ridge Hohokam Indian Ruins.
