If you're looking for a one-bedroom vacation home in Tucson, Arizona ~ please consider our guest house! The 947 square foot, fully detached guest house sits on half an acre of land. Rental includes everything shown in the below photographs as well as central heat, central air conditioning, and use of a washer and dryer. The home is located in one of the most convenient areas of Tucson, about 1 mile NW of the intersection of Sabino Canyon Road and Tanque Verde Road, yet the neighborhood is quiet. Your well-behaved adult pet is always welcome, and both the guest house and the grounds surrounding the home have always been and will remain exclusively non-smoking ~ no exceptions!

You won't find a nicer, more luxurious vacation property in a comparable Tucson location at these prices! Bill & Bonnie's guest house now includes over 260 TV channels. To view these channels you have your choice of either a 50" 4K HDTV with DVR in the living room or a 39" HDTV in the bedroom with a DVR. Bring your cell phone ~ from the guest house you'll be able to easily reach many different cell towers.

50" 4K HDTV with 260+ cable channels, a DVR, two La-Z-Boy leather rocking recliners, and a handy TV table.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The refrigerator has a large ice maker and there's a pantry for additional food storage.

HUGE bedroom closet totaling nearly 60 square feet, including 24' of hanging clothes rods, 45' of storage shelves, double mirrored doors, and a large storage cabinet.

King size bed with a comfortable Beautyrest® mattress and box springs.

A desk to write letters, read, and/or set up your computer. Fast Ethernet and fast Wi-Fi are both available 24/7.

For your clothes, knick knacks, etc. When you open the cabinet in the middle, you have . . .

. . . a 39" HDTV with a DVR.

Bathroom; all linens, tissue and TP are provided.

There is a private rear entrance to the laundry room in the main house. Guests will be provided with detergent, Spray 'n Wash, fabric softener and bleach; all at no extra charge.

The guest house is located diagonally across the street from the University of Arizona's historic Indian Ridge Hohokam Indian Ruins. In October, 2008 there was a tour of the site given by the University, click here if you wish to read about this tour.
