If you're looking for a one-bedroom vacation home in Tucson, Arizona ~ please consider our guest house!  The 947 square foot, fully detached guest house sits on half an acre of land.  Rental includes everything shown in the below photographs as well as central heat, central air conditioning, central evaporative cooler, and use of a washer and dryer.  The home is located in one of the most convenient areas of Tucson, about 1 mile NW of the intersection of Sabino Canyon Road and Tanque Verde Road, yet the neighborhood is quiet.  Your well-behaved adult pet is always welcome, and both the guest house and the grounds surrounding the home have always been and will remain exclusively non-smoking ~ no exceptions!

IMPORTANT UPDATE:  Bill & Bonnie's guest house now includes over 260 TV channels, including the premium movie channel Starz.  To view these channels you have your choice of either a 46" HDTV with digital video recorder (DVR) in the living room or a 39" HDTV in the bedroom.  Additionally, all guests will have unlimited FREE local phone service and unlimited FREE LONG DISTANCE phone service to both the US and Canada.
