If you're looking for a one-bedroom vacation home in Tucson, Arizona ~ please consider our guest house!  The 947 square foot, fully detached guest house sits on half an acre of land.  Rental includes everything shown in the below photographs as well as central heat, central air conditioning, and use of a washer and dryer.  The home is located in one of the most convenient areas of Tucson, about 1 mile NW of the intersection of Sabino Canyon Road and Tanque Verde Road, yet the neighborhood is quiet.  Your well-behaved adult pet is always welcome, and both the guest house and the grounds surrounding the home have always been and will remain exclusively non-smoking ~ no exceptions!

Bill & Bonnie's guest house now includes over 260 TV channels.  To view these channels you have your choice of either a 50" 4K HDTV with DVR in the living room or a 39" HDTV in the bedroom.  Bring your cell phone ~ from the guest house you'll be able to easily reach many different cell towers.
